We are a family owned design studio based in Grand haven, Michigan. Since 1984, we have worked with some of the world’s most innovative teams. We help solve real world problems and drive new products to market. Freddy was founded in August of 2020 based on our belief that we could help solve problems with study from home for students, parents, educators and care givers. Our initial research led us to develop our first (of many) products. Congratulations on your decision to purchase our desk and/or wall mount unit!

Returns

Freddy Furniture will allow you to return product within 15 business days starting from the day we ship your order from our facility. To qualify for a return all items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Freddy LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds for any reason, we will closely review every refund and replace or refund product on a case by case basis.

Refunds

Once your order has been received our team will notify you via e-mail to confirm we have received your item. Your item will be inspected by our team and you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved to receive a refund a credit will be applied to your credit card within 10 business days.

Shipping

Shipping rates will be automatically generated at check out. If you’re looking to return items to Freddy Furniture you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable, Freddy Furniture will not be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.

Warnings/Notes

  • Freddy desk components are tested to support 100lbs.

  • Freddy Wall Mount desk is installed by the user into their walls:

    Always attach wall mount unit directly into studs.

    Freddy LLC is not liable for malfunctions linked to user’s wall mounting.

  • Never stand or sit on work surfaces as this may cause damage and/or personal injury.

  • Always be careful of pinch point on fingers when manipulating the Freddy system.

  • Never climb or play on a Freddy Furniture product.

  • Never use a hammer to assemble wood components as it may damage the product.

  • Freddy LLC will not be held accountable for misuse of product.
